Section 247
Execution of Agreement
(1) If there is an agreement to do any work by the government agency, the court shall send it in writing to the relevant office within three days of the agreement.
(2) In cases where there is more than one plaintiff or defendant, even if not all of them are present for settlement according to the settlement agreement, the settlement agreement will be executed after the deadline as per sub-section (1) is exceeded. While executing the agreement, the court should also protect the interests of the people who do not comply with the agreement.
